I feel like I’m drowning and I definitely need therapy (on top of my currently monthly psych appts for medication management) and it’s bad enough I’m desperate. So far BetterHelp has been the best option I’ve found as far as cost and communication options (especially if they respond to my email and potentially allow me to pay weekly.
